By booking or receiving services from Blue Line RV Service LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving services from Blue Line RV Service LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Service Authorization

Customers must provide written or electronic authorization before any diagnostic, repair, or maintenance work is performed on their RV. By authorizing service, you allow our technicians to operate your vehicle for testing, inspection, or diagnostic purposes at your risk.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated.

Estimates: Any price estimates are subject to change based on the actual scope of work and unforeseen conditions. Starting prices shown online are subject to adjustment based on RV type, size, and condition confirmed prior to scheduling.

Labor: Service is billed at our standard hourly rate with a one-hour minimum per visit, plus a flat service call fee.

Trip Charges: A flat service call fee applies within our standard service area (approximately 75 miles from our base location in Lutz, FL). For trips exceeding 100 miles, an additional charge of $0.75 per mile will apply beyond that threshold.

Parts & Materials: Parts, materials, and applicable taxes are additional and will be itemized on your invoice.

Late Payment: Failure to pay promptly may result in additional fees or refusal of future services.

Returned Checks & Chargebacks: A $35 fee will be assessed for any returned checks or bank-initiated chargebacks. Blue Line RV Service LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of all outstanding balances plus associated fees.

Right to Retain Documentation: Blue Line RV Service LLC reserves the right to withhold completion reports, inspection documents, and related materials until payment in full is received.

4. Warranty & Insurance Billing Policy

Blue Line RV Service LLC does not bill extended warranty companies, RV insurance providers, or third-party service contract administrators directly. Payment is due in full at the time of service regardless of warranty or insurance coverage.

Customers are welcome to submit their paid invoice to their warranty or insurance provider for reimbursement. We are happy to provide detailed invoices and documentation to support your claim. Blue Line RV Service LLC makes no guarantee of reimbursement by any third party.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a service call or cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service call fee.

6. Warranty and Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality, professional service. If you are unsatisfied with our workmanship, contact us within 30 days of service and we will address your concerns.

Products and parts may be covered by manufacturer warranties. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm coverage and coordinate directly with the warranty provider. Blue Line RV Service LLC does not administer or process manufacturer warranty claims on behalf of customers.

7. Inspection Disclaimer

RV inspections conducted by Blue Line RV Service LLC represent a point-in-time assessment of observable conditions at the time of inspection. An inspection is not a guarantee of the future performance, reliability, or condition of any system, component, or structure of the RV.

Blue Line RV Service LLC is not liable for conditions that were not visible, accessible, or discoverable at the time of inspection, including but not limited to concealed water damage, hidden structural defects, or intermittent mechanical failures. Customers are encouraged to use inspection findings as a tool for informed decision-making, not as a warranty of condition.

8. Liability

Blue Line RV Service LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal property due to fire, theft, accident, weather, or causes beyond our control. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Blue Line RV Service LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or failures unrelated to the specific work performed.

9. Customer Presence

The customer or a designated adult (18+) must be present for the duration of the service unless otherwise arranged and approved in advance by Blue Line RV Service LLC.

10. Photos, Documentation & Marketing

Technicians may take photos and videos of work performed for training, quality verification, and marketing purposes — including use on our website, social media, and customer testimonials. Media will not be sold or distributed beyond these uses.

If you do not wish to have your RV photographed or for media to be used in marketing materials, please notify your technician before service begins.

11. Recycling and Disposal

We offer safe disposal of appliances and debris for an additional fee. Prices vary by item (e.g., $100 for large appliances). Please inquire at the time of service.

12. Online Booking

Services booked through our online booking system are subject to confirmation. Starting prices shown are estimates only. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to scheduling based on RV type, size, and service details provided by the customer.

13. SMS Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service updates, appointment confirmations, and related communications via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. The most current version is available at bluelinervservice.com/terms and will be provided with all estimates and invoices.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from services provided by Blue Line RV Service LLC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

⚠ RV Roof Reseal & Caulking Disclaimer

Scope of Work: This roof reseal service includes application of new sealant/caulking to specified areas of the RV roof. Any repair of pre-existing damage, replacement of roof materials, or structural repairs are not included unless expressly listed elsewhere on this invoice.

Surface Condition: Caulking and sealants are applied to surfaces as presented at the time of service. We are not responsible for damage or leaks resulting from pre-existing roof damage, internal water intrusion, deteriorated roof materials, or damage not visible during inspection.

Manufacturer Limitations: The performance and longevity of sealants depend on product specifications and environmental factors. Continued maintenance and regular inspections are the responsibility of the owner. No warranty is provided for damage resulting from high winds, tree limbs, hail, lightning, improper maintenance, or unauthorized roof modifications after service.

Customer Responsibilities: It is the owner's duty to regularly inspect the roof and maintain seals. Any subsequent leaks, water intrusion, or related damage occurring after service are not covered under warranty unless directly resulting from gross negligence in workmanship during the reseal process.

Liability Waiver: Blue Line RV Service LLC assumes no liability for damage to the RV or its contents caused by defects in the original roof, previous repairs, or material incompatibility. Customer acknowledges inherent risks in working with aged or sun-damaged roofs, plastics, and caulking.

By scheduling or receiving service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
